Spirit Energy

Spirit Animal

These two kookaburras were hanging out on our fence this evening. It’s raining and they were just watching for worms and insects, swooping down every so often.

I love when they visit. They’re such funny birds, and their laughter is contagious.

Years ago when I went on a guided visualisation under an ancient Oak tree named Sophia in the Sierra Nevadas of California and a bird appeared which gave me a bigger view and helped to transport me to where I was heading. I didn’t know that bird at the time, and sometimes I wonder if it was actually the kookaburra. The kookaburra spirit is one of joy, happiness, laughter, and connection. All attributes that I aspire to experience regularly in my life.

The universe is always trying to communicate with us, and if we allow it, and look for it, the messages are everywhere.
This slower pace is the most perfect time to slow it down, become incredibly still, look for signs, be open to insight, listen for what is being said all around that may not be with words. You always get what you need to hear, and are always reminded of what you need most.

All Love and Stay Healthy,
